Boskalis offer for Dutch-based Dockwise

On Monday morning, the salvage company Boskalis has presented an offer to purchase Dockwise, listed in Oslo and Amsterdam.

On Monday morning, one of the world’s biggest salvage and service companies, Dutch Royal Boskalis Westminster, has presented an offer to purchase the also Dutch-bases Dockwise operating globally in especially the oil and gas sector with transportation and handling of rigs and other major constructions. Dockwise is listed in Oslo and Amsterdam.

“Combining Boskalis and Dockwise offers advantages and new opportunities for both companies. The combination creates a world class maritime player, well positioned for the offshore energy market”, Boskalis CEO, Peter Berdowski says.
