
Three out of four Norwegian oil subcontractors are worried about whether they can get enough proper employees in the years to come.
I a survey conducted by Boston Consulting Group, 66 percent of the subcontractors for the Norwegian oil industry respond that they are very sure or sure that they will be able to meet the increasing demand of the sector in the years to come. But 74 percent of the suppliers also say that they consider the possibilities of securing qualified personnel an obstacle.
