Statoil in negotiations about Argentine shale boom

The CEO of Argentina’s state-owned oil company is expected in Oslo today, Monday, for negotiations with Statoil concerning a possible partnership. Argentina has some of the most promising occurrences of shale oil in the world, and the country plans to invest more than USD 37 billion.
