Recruitment is the great challenge of 2013

The trade organization Oil Gas Denmark expects a continued high level of activity within the industry in 2013, and the organization will focus intently on recruiting more manpower to the industry.

The notion that the precious raw materials in the North Sea will be gone in a few years follows the gas industry like a shadow. In fact, for many years the myth has prevented a supply of labor to the industry despite the fact that work has never been more attractive.

Therefore, recruitment will be one of the major themes for 2013 for the youngish trade organization for the industry, Oil Gas Denmark, says CEO Martin Næsby.
