Unifeeder up for sale

Private equity fund Montagu has put the Danish shipping company Unifeeder up for sale, according to Danish newspaper Børsen. Estimates place Maersk Line as a potential buyer.

The Montagu equity funds expects to sell the Danish shipping company Unifeeder for around USD 539.3 million, according to several sources familiar with the process, writes Børsen.

"Unifeeder has been put up for sale. The fund has had it for some years, things have gone well, and it's a sound and interesting company", a source tells the newspaper.
