Seago Line passes USD 1 billion in its first entire financial year

The relatively new Maersk Line intra-European short sea and feeder company, Seago Line will publish its first result for an entire financial year on Friday. Here you will be able to see how the shipping company – mentioned as a possible buyer of Unifeeder – performed in 2012.

Maersk Line’s European feeder and short sea carrier, Seago Line, reached a turnover of USD 1.1 billion in its first real financial year covering the entire 2012. Officially, the carrier began operations on 1 January 2011 following a wish from the major container carrier to have a regional European carrier based on the MCC model, the Maersk Line Asian feeder and short sea unit.
