
There are several suitors for the Danish supplier of safety equipment and service to the marine, offshore, and fire fighting industries, Viking Life-Saving. But they are all setting themselves up for disappointment, because the company is not for sale, Annette Kristensen tells the Danish business daily, Børsen. She is Chairman of the board and the granddaughter of deceased founder of the Esbjerg-based family fund, Claus Sørensens Fond, which owns Viking Life-Saving.
“We have been approached by all sorts of investment companies, but we are fully determined to keep Viking under the ownership of the Sørensen family”, she tells Børsen.
