Newspaper: Scandlines put up for sale

Scandlines has been put up for sale and is set to be sold for more than USD 1.75 billion. The capital funds owning the company, 3i and Allianz Capital, are organizing the sale and could be looking to sell to pension funds, the Danish business daily, Børsen, writes.

Scandlines is set to get new owners. The two current owners, capital funds 3i and Allianz Capital, has put the company up for sale, asking for more than USD 1.75, and they expect the new owners to be pension funds, Børsen writes.

Last year Scandlines presented turnover of USD 785 million and an operating profit of USD 244 million.
