Western Bulk delivers profit after strong finish in 2017

Carrier Western Bulk made a profit in 2017, due especially to a strong finish to the year. This means that the carrier is again profitable after a double-digit deficit in 2016.

Norwegian dry cargo carrier Western Bulk returned to profits after a 2017 in which the winds finally changed for the strained sector.

The carrier's preliminary results for the past year show a small profit on the bottom line, and especially the second half of 2017 boosted Western Bulk's operations.
