Norden will use scrubbers to comply with sulfur cap

The dry bulk and tanker shipping company will comply with the upcoming sulfur cap by, among other measures, installing scrubbers in some of its vessels, reports Bloomberg News.

Danish shipping company Norden plans to ensure compliance with the IMO's sulfur emission cap by using, among other measures, scrubbers, reports Bloomberg News.

According to the news agency, some of the company's newbuilds will be equipped with scrubbers to clean sulfur from the ships' exhaust. And older ships could also be fitted with scrubbers, writes Bloomberg.
