Scorpio Bulkers books black figures in Q2

With a net profit of USD 800,000, Scorpio Bulkers shows positive results in the second quarter of 2018, reveals the carrier's interim report.

Dry bulk carrier Scorpio Bulkers shows a positive development in the second quarter of this year, in which the carrier succeeded in landing a net profit of USD 800,000, the company's Q2 report shows Monday afternoon.

In Q2 of 2017, the carrier showed deficit at USD 13.4. Revenue increased from USD 37.7 million in 2017 to USD 60.6 million in the second quarter of 2018. The carrier's Ebitda ended at USD 28.1 million against USD 10.8 million in the same period last year.
