Specialized carrier SAL Heavy Lift buys major stake in Intermarine to form new Americas-focused venture.

The venture will see Intermarine merge its business with SAL Heavy Lift on the Americas and cross-Atlantic trade, says SAL Heavy Lift in a press release Monday.
