Oldendorff thinks IMO's carbon calculator is cause for a great deal of confusion

The world's biggest dry bulk operator, Germany's Oldendorff, thinks the IMO's upcoming CO2 regulations for how to measure an individual ship's efficiency are incoherent, incomprehensible and cause for a great deal of confusion. And Oldendorff is not alone in that opinion.
