Norden narrows its guidance – expects a profit upwards of USD 200 million

Norden books its best quarterly profit in ten years and narrows its guidance range for 2021. The carrier now expects an adjusted profit upwards of USD 200 million against a previous forecast of a result in the range of USD 140-220 million.

Dry bulk and tanker operator Norden narrows its expectations for 2021 following the best quarterly result in ten years, according to the financial report released Thursday.

The carrier, which has benefited greatly from the strong dry bulk market, now expects an adjusted full-year profit in the range of USD 150-200 million. The range has thus been narrowed from the carrier's previous forecast of a profit in the range of USD 140-220 million for the full year.
