The case between dry bulk company Falcon and bunker supplier World Fuel Services on a bunker delivery has concluded. Falcon had originally sued for USD 500,000 in damages.

Dry bulk company Falcon and bunker supplier World Fuel Services have closed a case regarding damages for a low-sulfur fuel delivery to a ship.

Falcon originally sued for damages for USD 500,000 when it turned out that the fuel’s sulfur content was above the cap set by the International Maritime Organization (IMO).
