Safe Bulkers boosts result in first half of 2022

Dry bulk carrier Safe Bulkers achieved net earnings of USD 86.7m in the first half of this year, a vast improvement upon the corresponding period last year.

Dry bulk shipping firm Safe Bulkers notes solid progress on its bottom line for the first half of 2022 compared to the same period last year, according to the interim report.

The result is deemed ”very satisfactory” by the carrier’s chief executive, Loukas Barmparis.
