US-based owner takes over entire Nordic Bulk Carriers

US-based company increases its ownership stake in Danish Nordic Bulk Carriers to 99.5 percent.

Pangea Logistics Solutions, primary shareholder in Danish Nordic Bulk Carriers, which pioneered sailing on the Northern Sea Route, has now virtually taken over full ownership of the carrier.
