Greek Diana Shipping, which is listed in New York and is seen by analysts as one of the most solid performers in the collapsed dry bulk industry, acquired a 2011-built Capesize last week for just USD 28.5 million - a price significantly below the recently announced transactions involving the major dry bulk vessels.
