
Slightly more than one year after announcing the Japanese container merger ONE, the joint company has now landed all of the necessary approvals to launch operations.
This Thursday, the South African competitions authorities were the last ones to green-light the merger of the container activities at Japan's three largest carriers, K-Line, MOL and NYK, inform the carriers.
