MPC sees major uncertainties in the container market

There are significant elements of uncertainty in the container market from the start of 2019, says Constantin Baack, CEO of feeder liner MPC Container Ships, which has just published its interim report for the first quarter.

Since its launch in 2017, the feeder shipping line has built a fleet of a total of 69 feeder ships. And while revenue has increased significantly compared to the same period last year, the company reports a deficit for the first months of the year.
