PIL in negotiations with creditors on late repayments

Container shipping company PIL is in negotiations with its own subsidiary Singamas, which has several outstanding receivables. PIL confirms being in negotiations with Singamas to reach an agreement. Meanwhile, PIL activates precautionary measures in response to the corona pandemic.

Singapore-based container liner company PIL is allegedly negotiating with several creditors in order to land repayment agreements.

One of these parties is container supplier Singamas Container Holdings, informs Singamas in a notice to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
