Eimskip's shareholders decline new offer from fishery group

Only a minuscule number of the shareholders in container and logistics company Eimskip accepted an offer from an Icelandic fishery group, which prices the company at ISK 1.48 billion.

The shareholders of container and logistics company Eimskip just declined a significant purchase offer from Icelandic fishery group Samherji Holding, Eimskip informs.

Eimskip informs that only 0.01 percent of shareholders accepted an offer from Samherji Holding put forward by the Icelandic fishery group in early November.
