CMA CGM buys planes and establishes new air cargo division

French container line CMA CGM establishes a new logistics division dedicated to air freight. The plans include the purchase of four Airbus planes.

France's CMA CGM moves a step further in its logistics plans with the creation of a new air freight division.

The new business unit will be named CMA CGM Air Cargo and has been created in order to provide additional logistics solutions for customers, says CMA CGM in a press release Friday.
