Rodolphe Saadé promises better service – if the customers want to pay for it

CMA CGM would like to offer its customers a better service, but they will have to pay for it, said the French container line's CEO, Rodolphe Saadé, Thursday.

Saadé participated in this year's TPM conferences, which in addition to being the first one to be held digitally, is also the first one to be held since 2019, as the 2020 edition had to be canceled at the very last minute in March last year, due to the outbreak of coronavirus.
