Maersk plans to redesign its ocean network in West & Central Asia to improve the speed in the market, provide higher predictability and bring more flexibility to their customers' supply chains, writes Maersk in an announcement Thursday.

"Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, supply chains have experienced a perfect storm," says Mads Skov-Hansen, Head of Liner Operations Cluster at Maersk West & Central Asia.
