Eimskip upgrades full-year forecast

Iceland carrier Eimskip grew in the third quarter, significantly aided by the liner and forwarding divisions. The strong performance prompts the carrier to upgrade its full-year forecast.

Eimskip's liner and forwarding divisions roar ahead in the third quarter, prompting the Icelandic carrier to raise its expectations for the full year.

Revenue grew to EUR 236.6 million (USD 374.4 million), a 66 percent increase from EUR 170.3 million in the third quarter of 2020. Meanwhile, the net result comes to EUR 20.7 million against EUR 6.1 million in the same period last year.
