Maersk halts all Russian and most Belarusian bookings

Maersk now suspends all bookings to and from Russian ports, no matter the type of cargo, and also halts bookings to Belarus except for foods, medicine and humanitarian supplies. Updated.

Maersk stops all bookings of freight to and from Russian ports, no longer distinguishing between cargo types, states the carrier in a statement Thursday.
