Container carriers' reliability reaches all-time low

New numbers from SeaIntel confirm the trend seen so far in 2014, as the container carriers' schedule reliability continues to decline. Hamburg Süd achieved the best performance, ahead of Maersk Line.

It was apparently not an isolated incident when the numbers for the global container carriers' schedule reliability showed a sharp decline in January. According to the numbers for February, just published by SeaIntel, this decline continued through February, thus reaching a new all-time low for carriers' ability to deliver customers' goods on time.
