Electrolux: 2M is also good for us

Electrolux was looking forward to the savings that shippers would receive in light of P3, but 2M is also good enough, Vice President Bjørn Vang Jensen tells ShippingWatch.

P3 was good, and 2M will also be good, says electronics company Electrolux, one of the largest shippers in the world.

"The way I see it this still represents an attempt to save costs, and since history shows that carriers typically are quick to pass these savings on to shippers, I don't see a big difference. I've noted that Søren Skou (Maersk Line CEO) recently made the exact same argument, and as such I look forward to seeing it realized," Søren Vang Jensen, Vice President, Global Logistics at Electrolux, tells ShippingWatch.
