
TransAtlantic AB, a subsidiary of offshore carrier Viking Supply Ships, is selling its container activities to feeder carrier X-Press Feeders, and the carrier is also divesting its ship management business, informs the company on Monday.
The carrier's container activities include TransFeeder North Line, TransBothnia Container Line and TransFeeder South Line as well as freight forwarding unit. The annual revenue amounts to USD 48.2 million and the transaction is priced at EUR 3.1 million on a debt free basis.
