Maersk hit with deficit in final months of 2015

The second half of 2015 saw a very negative trend unfold across the Maersk Group's business areas as they delivered a combined deficit of USD 9 million.

The majority of Maersk Group's business units were hard hit in the last half of 2015. In the fourth quarter, the group had a total deficit of USD 9 million compared to a profit in the same period of the previous year of USD 1 billion.
