Schulte Group buys LNG player

German shipping company Schulte Group has acquired Pronav, a ship management company in the LNG segment where the group hopes to strengthen its presence.

Germany's Schulte Group has acquired LNG company Pronav.

"The transaction puts the Schulte Group in a strong position to further exploit ship owning and ship management potential in the growing LNG market," writes the group in a press release on the buy.
