Golar LNG, which is controlled by Norwegian Tor Olav Trøim, is closing in on a separation of its shipping business.
In the first quarter earnings report, the company informs that it will spin off its fleet of LNG vessels to instead focus on supplying infrastructure for the production of liquefied natural gas.
