V. Group takes full ownership of Danish ship manager

MOL Nordic Tankers has sold its 60 percent stake in Dania Ship Management. UK-based shipping group V.Group now becomes sole owner of the ship management company, the parties confirm to ShippingWatch.

MOL Nordic Tankers has sold its stake in Dania Ship Management, which will be taken over by V.Group.

Dania Ship Management was established in the summer of 2017 as a joint venture between shipping company Nordic Tankers and UK-based shipping group V.Group.
