All commercial vessels in Nigeria now have three months to get their papers in order

Nigeria is introducing a registration system which means that all commercial vessels must have a license if they want to enter Nigerian waters. The system will be introduced three months from now.

All commercial vessels operating in Nigeria must be registered if they want to be able to operate in Nigerian waters.

Reuters reports that the country's government has introduced a new system which means that ships must have a license.
