Euronav and Frontline take next step towards merger, agree on share purchase deal

The long-heralded merger between tanker carrier Euronav and its competitor, John Fredriksen-controlled Frontline, has come one step closer to realization with a share purchase deal, according to a statement issued by the two companies.
