Eneti divests all shares in Scorpio Tankers

Wind service operator Eneti sells its shareholdings in sister company Scorpio Tankers, with the latter buying back more than half.

Eneti, formerly Scorpio Bulkers, divests all its shares in sister shipping company Scorpio Tankers.

The sale of more than two million shares provides Eneti with gross proceeds of USD 83.3m, the company writes in a brief statement.
