Nordic Shipholding's owner in new joint venture
The owner of Nordic Shipholding has entered a joint venture with BW Group aimed at securing consolidation in the product tanker market, says Nordic Shipholding Chairman Knud Pontoppidan.

Pacific Alliance Group ("PAG"), which controls Nordic Shipholding's majority stakeholder Nordic Maritime S.á r.l., has signed a deal with BW Group to establish a joint venture to target a consolidation in the product tanker market, according to a company announcement from Nordic Shipholding on Monday morning.
