BW LPG: Good times will continue another year

The world's biggest owner and operator of VLGCs, BW LPG, increased its profit by 159 percent in the third quarter. Not until 2015 will the newbuildings rush into the market and disrupt the good conditions, says the carrier.

The current level for the biggest gas vessels will not last for ever, states gas carrier BW LPG in its third quarter interim report. Nonetheless, the good times continued in the past quarter, where BW LPG - which is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and has the BW Group as its major shareholder - managed to grow its profit by 159 percent compared to the same period last year.
