Nordic Tankers starting to turn a profit

July was a breakthrough month for the otherwise struggling carrier Nordic Tankers and its owner, equity fund Triton. And this trend seems to have continued, according to ShippingWatch's sources.

The summer 2015 brought the final breakthrough for chemical tanker carrier Nordic Tankers, as July became the first month after the merger with Herning Shipping that the Copenhagen-based company was able to present black figures on the bottom line, several sources tell ShippingWatch, adding that this trend continued into August as well.
