Norden Chairman joins Odfjell board of directors

Klaus Nyborg, Chairman of Norden, has been elected to the board at the Norwegian chemical and tanker carrier Odfjell, headed by former partner at Clipper, Kristian Mørch as CEO.

Klaus Nyborg, Norden Chairman, has joined the Odfjell board of directors, according to a press release from the Norwegian chemical and tanker carrier, which also welcomed a new CEO earlier this year - the former partner of Clipper Group, Kristian Mørch.

Klaus Nyborg is on a number of boards apart from holding the Chairman position at DS Norden, where during a transitional period in 2014-2015, he also acted as the CEO. He holds the Chairman position at the bunker and shipping conglomerate United Shipping & Trading Company (USTC) as well as at the company Bawat, which produces systems for ballast water treatment.
