Uni-Tankers expects best result yet

After several years characterized by tough market conditions, Uni-Tankers expects to deliver its best result yet for the fiscal year 2015/2016. With a new financial agreement in the bag, the carrier stands strong in the market for smaller tankers, says CEO Torben Andersen to ShippingWatch.

When Uni-Tankers presents its annual report for the year 2015/2016, it will include the company's best results yet, projects Torben Andersen, CEO of Uni-Tankers, which forms part of Torben Østergaard-Nielsen's large USTC-group.

Simultaneously, after several years contending with a pressured tanker market, the carrier is ready for growth after having just signed on to a new financing agreement with Danske Bank, the CEO tells ShippingWatch.
