Bunker consultant: One in three carriers will not comply with sulfur rules in 2020
Managing director of bunker consultant company MECL and chairman of IBIA, Robin Meech, estimates this Thursday at a bunker conference that upwards of 30 percent of the world's carriers will not comply with the sulfur requirements during the initial period after the implementation of the new rules.
