Dutch towage company buys out Teekay

Towage company Kotug buys Canada's Teekay out of an Australian joint venture formed by the two companies.

Dutch towage company Kotug takes full ownership of KT Maritime Services Australia (KTM).

Kotug has acquired Teekay's stake in Australian KTM, which will now become a fully owned subsidiary of the Kotug group.
