Vroon CEO resigns after settling restructuring plan

The CEO of family-owned shipping group Vroon steps down after having settled a credit agreement with the company's lenders.

Dutch shipping group Vroon, which operates an aggregate fleet of around 200 ships, has settled a deal with all of its lenders following protracted negotiations.

The group also informs Monday that Coco Vroon will step down as CEO after agreement with lenders and out of respect for the primary conditions set out in the financial restructuring, says the company in the press release.
