CMA CGM buys stake in Swiss logistics major

Liner company CMA CGM has purchased a 25 stake in the Swiss logistics company CEVA, which had a revenue of USD 7 billion last year.

Major liner company CMA CGM is looking to grow in logistics.

As such, the box carrier has acquired a 25 percent stake in Swiss logistics company CEVA in securities worth CHF 380 to 450 million (USD 390-462 million) which will later be converted into common stock.
