DP World buys feeder operator Unifeeder

Dubai-based port operator DP World buys feeder and shortsea operator Unifeeder from equity fund Nordic Capital for EUR 660 million.

Terminal and port major DP World buys Danish feeder and shortsea operator Unifeeder.

The current owner, equity fund Nordic Capital, sells the shipping company to DP World for EUR 660 million, according to a press release. The equity fund has owned Unifeeder since 2013, and the plan was always to sell the company on at a later date.
