New global multipurpose player gets green light

The new joint venture between US-based Intermarine and German Zeaborne has received approval from both the EU and the US, the companies inform.

Multipurpose carrier Zeamarine, a recently established joint venture, has now received all necessary approvals, informs German carrier Zeaborne, one of the joint venture parties.

"Zeamarine, a new global leader in the transport of project, breakbulk and heavylift cargo, has announced that governmental and agency approvals in the EU and the United States have been received deeming the joint venture official," Zeaborne writes.
