French container carrier CMA CGM could be on the way with a major order for new container vessels from two Chinese yards.
According to shipbroker Braemar ACM, the Marseille-based carrier has ordered 10 new-buildings at 15,000 teu capacity each. Braemar writes that the orders have been divided between two undisclosed yards in China, but have otherwise offered little detail.
