DFDS grew its revenue in first quarter

Ferry operator DFDS increased its revenue 11 percent in the first quarter of the year to DKK 3.9 billion. This marks the first earnings report published under new CEO Torben Carlsen.

The first quarter of the year brought growth on the top line for ferry operator DFDS, which booked a revenue of DKK 3.9 billion (USD 584.9 million) against DKK 3.5 billion the year before.

On the bottom line, the profit before taxes came to DKK 159 million, a slight setback compared to the same quarter last year, where the profit reached DKK 204 million.
